SDW LLC (Solh Design Workshop) was Founded in the States of New Jersey and New York in 2003 and Omar Solh
has been active since at the capacity of Principal and Chief Architect. Respectively, SDW is currently pursuing a series of
projects in the MENA Region focusing mainly on Architectural Design, Master Planning, Urbanism and Renewable Energy Digital
Modeling Visualisations.
SDW has and will continue to anchor Omar's architectural
vision for the firm's clients. As recently as May of 2012, Nova Terra International will focus on Project Development
based on Equity Ownership of real estate concepts and development. Our clients interests are vary from distressed urban
properties along the North East Corridor in United States to a comprehensive acquisition of land in Turkey to mountain residential
development in Lebanon.
GCES (Global Clean Energy Solution) with emphasis
on Renewable Wind + Solar and their adaptive use in existing structures both natural and built. GCES is being presently
involved in a series of pending patents in partnership with incubators both in design and fabrication.
From International Project Development to Site Supervision, Omar has been able to deliver
creative and unique solutionsto his clients spanning throughout the Middle East, Europe and North America. Al-Faisaliah
(Riyadh. KSA) in particular with SNFP (Fosters + Partners) eveloved as one of the leading multi use commercial, hospitality
and residential complexes in Riyadh with on site problem solving and architectural management for an overall construction
value of $320 million whereas Novartis New Headquarters in New Jersey. USA with Hillier Architecture (presently
known as RMJM) involved services in digital curtain walling detailing with an overall construction of $500 million.
Since 1991, Omar Solh has been active on a number of completed projects with former
employers totalling $1.2 billion in construction and were implemented respectively in Saudi Arabia and United States and since
SDW has been active through architectural design and project development opportunities. Many of SDW's design concepts
are located in New York, New Jersey, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah and Beirut.
Omar received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn,
New York and has been professionally employed by and Khatib and Alami in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (1995-1996) and SNFP Norman
Foster KFF JV (1996-1999) and later with Hillier (2000-2001) in Princeton, New Jersey, USA and Gensler (2001-2002) of New
York, USA. SDW LLC is a Limited Liability Company based in Princeton, New Jersey and New York City, New York USA and currently
has operations in Beirut, Lebanon, Dubai, UAE and Toronto, Canada.

Canada. Present architectural work in progress focuses on High Rise Multi-Use Buildings along with Master Planning along
with Residential Dwelling Design.
>> GCES Global
Clean Energy Solutions: 2008 - Present: GCES is being incorporated with its Corporate Resolutions in Toronto, Canada and potential
coverage throughout Middle East and North Africa region. Our present primary focus is on Renewable Wind, Solar and Desalination.
GCES is involved a series of patents and shall be addressed as a Limited Liability Company with equity partners and incubators
locally (US and Canada) as well as internationally. GCES has been perused as a collective effort with Academic and Private
collaborations both in North America and MENA Region. Omar has lectured extensively on matters related to renewable
energy as part of a global mission to lower both Carbon and Water Footprints. Adapting technologies to meet needs in
creative power generation is our primary focus.
>> Nova Terra Nova
Terra is presently being proposed as a Private Real Estate Equity Development Company with a select group of regional relations
and incubators. Nova Terra's main business line would to develop effective architectural, business and finance models
for present and future trends in Project Development. Nova Terra will be launched in Beirut, Lebanon in August of 2012
as we are presently in pursuit of a Closed Private Incubation Fund to establish combined visions with partners both in Middle
East, Turkey + Asia Minor and North America.

2030 (Saida 2030) and Tripoli Transportation Economic Master Plan (Akkar 2030) along with GCES Solutions in UAE and Qatar
are some of the few projects being launched as separate business and development models and are directly embedded with respective
stakeholders (incubation, technical and financial).
